EduFlow helps Ukrainians with low English proficiency enroll in UK universities. They relied on manual DMs to find leads — impossible to scale. The goal: build a full marketing system from scratch that could replace manual outreach and grow consistently over time.

Audience Insight
Deep audience analysis revealed the core emotional driver: fear of a bleak future. Ukrainians in England working survival jobs positioned education as the trampoline to change that narrative.
Best-performing segment
Ages 18–35 with interests in LinkedIn and professional development. Lookalike and retargeting strategies proved highly effective.
Channel mix
Meta Ads as primary acquisition, Instagram for nurture and credibility, SMS for high-intent retargeting — structured as a full funnel.
